Requires a High school diploma with some college course work. Associate's degree in Computer Science or technical field preferred. Two years in maintenance of P.C. equipment and associated hardware/software troubleshooting; previous experience with electronic equipment or repair of office equipment.
Under general direction from the Manager Network Support Services, and receiving daily assignments from the Project Manager/Trainer, provides support to users who access the LCMH personal computer network, including both on and off-site locations. Responsible for installing, maintaining and troubleshooting personal computers as well as troubleshooting local area network (LAN) and wide-area network (WAN) equipment.
